Eradication of City’s Speech-Restricting Policies

In a federal free speech and due process lawsuit involving a city’s efforts to stifle clients from speaking out at city council meetings, achieved settlement protecting the citizens of San Clemente by eliminating the city’s use of certain speech-restricting policies going forward.
