Landmark Settlement With UC Berkeley to Protect Students’ First Amendment Rights

In a federal free speech, retaliation, and due process lawsuit involving University of California, Berkeley’s discriminatory application of a policy to restrict on-campus speech by students, was part of the team that negotiated a settlement to ensure free speech rights for all students.
